Some spaces ask you to slow down the moment you enter. This is one of them.
Join me for an intimate sound bath inside Snullustn House, the botanical greenhouse gathering space at Kinnikinnick Landing, a regenerative agritourism destination rooted in active agricultural land in the Okanagan.
You won't be lying on a mat on the floor. Each guest has their own comfortable lounger, pillow, blanket, and soft eye cover, so you can fully let go from the moment you arrive. No need to bring a thing.
Surrounded by living plants and the quiet of the land, you'll be gently guided into deep rest through layered frequencies from Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and more, while your nervous system does exactly what it's been waiting to do: switch off.
What's included:
No experience needed. Simply arrive, lie down, and receive.
What to bring: No need to bring a thing. Loungers, pillows, blankets, and water are all provided, just arrive in comfortable clothing. The greenhouse can get warm, so layers are recommended.
