Stillah offers immersive sound bath experiences in Kelowna, BC — a deeply restful space for anyone craving a genuine reset.
Founded by Meike, a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and 200-hour Yoga Teacher with a background in physiotherapy, Stillah sessions are grounded in an understanding of the nervous system and how sound can help shift the body from stress into deep rest.
Each session is intimate, accessible, and held with care — beginning with a short tapping meditation before moving into an immersive sound journey using Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and more.
No experience needed. Just show up and receive.
