Celebrate Pride week with an hour of stillness.
Join me Saturday morning at Kinsmen Park for a free outdoor sound bath.
Come as you are. Bring a mat or blanket, find a spot in the grass, and let waves of sound from Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong wash over you.
Free to attend. A donation jar will be available for those who'd like to contribute.
