Join Meike, founder of Stillah, for an immersive 60-minute sound journey designed to guide your nervous system out of stress and into deep, effortless rest.

You'll lie comfortably while layered frequencies from crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, and more wash over you, gently shifting your body into a meditative state. No experience needed. No effort required. Simply arrive, lie down, and receive.

People often leave feeling deeply rested, mentally clear, and calm in a way that's hard to find in everyday life.

What to expect:

6:30–7:30 pm Sound Bath: A short guided Tapping Meditation to help you settle, followed by the full Sound Journey, and time to gently return.

7:30–8:00 pm Refreshment & Integration: Stay for a refreshment and an unhurried transition back into your evening. A gentle way to close the weekend before the week begins.

What to bring: No need to bring anything. Just wear comfortable clothing. Water, tea, mats, bolsters, blankets, and blocks are available for you.
