About
If your mind has been running at full speed lately, this is an invitation to slow down.
Step into a dimly lit Himalayan salt cave and lie down. The cave uses halotherapy, where fine, dry salt particles are released into the air, so you'll be surrounded by glowing salt and breathing salt air as the sound carries you. There is nothing to figure out and nothing to achieve. Just rest.
We'll begin with a short tapping meditation to help you arrive and settle. From there, waves of sound from Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and other acoustic instruments will fill the cave. After the opening, there are no words or voice, only the sound of the instruments, so you can simply listen.
With only 8 spots, the room feels intimate and unhurried. The glow of the salt, the stillness, and the layered tones can help quiet the mind and guide the body toward deep relaxation.
People often describe feeling deeply rested, calm, and grounded.
If you carry a lot and rarely give yourself permission to stop, I hope this feels like that permission.
